BAKKIE vd JAAR 2023

Celebrity Drive is part of the organising committee of the highly anticipated "BAKKIE van die JAAR" competition that will kick off in 2023.

The 2023 competition will feature all the 4x4, Double Cab bakkies from the brands that has indicated they want to participate. At the time when this article was released, a tally of 14 brands have been approached by the organisers. 

The competition will be pulling in all the experts, people like Sarel vd Merwe,  Gerhard Groenewald, Francios Rossouw in the 4x4 environment to act as Directors of the 3 different categories ( Driving Dynamics, Off-road capabilities and towing capability)  that will form the backbone of the competition, ultimately adjudicated by a selected panel of experienced SAGMJ and other proficient bakkie specialists.
